I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel for two nights and found it a mix of charm and challenges. The hotel's location near the main square is fantastic, making exploring Krakow easy. However, the noise from nearby nightclubs impacted my sleep quality significantly. While the staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive to my requests, particularly when I needed a quieter room, the soundproofing issues need serious attention for a 5-star experience.
